Single Tickets
Single tickets can be purchased online or at the door for $40. Theater Alliance recognizes and supports students, seniors, active and retired military, as well as East of the River neighbors and industry professionals with discounted tickets.
Students
Students are encouraged to dive into new, thought provoking productions at Theater Alliance. Students are offered $20 tickets for any performance with discount code “STUDENT” at checkout. Student IDs will be checked at the door.
Seniors and Military
Discounted $30 tickets are available for seniors and military personnel with discount code “SENIOR” at checkout.
Discounted Previews
See the show before it opens and save on ticket price! Be the first to see the latest Theater Alliance performance for only $15 while it’s still in progress. The discount is a way of saying thank you for supporting our artistry2

Name Your Price
For each show, a limited number of Name Your Price tickets are available online starting at $3.00. Tickets are limited—one per person.
Industry Rush Tickets
Our initiative offers discounted tickets to our theatre community to ensure everyone has access to the theatre. Show up at the door for a performance and if there are extra seats remaining, we will seat you for $15.
Group Sales
Theater Alliance offers a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more – the larger the group, the greater the discount. Call 202-241-2539 or email us at boxoffice@theateralliance.com for more information.

How Do I Get to the Theater?
Address: 340 Maple Dr SW, Washington, DC 20024
- Maple Drive (map) is a two-block stretch that runs parallel between M and I Sts Sw. Our entrance is street level between The Westerly apartment building and the Appletree Institute.
- We are one block from the Waterfront Metro on the Green Line and Good Company Donuts is on the corner of our block.
- Parking is available at ABM Westerly garage on Wesley Place SW (at the corner of Wesley and K Sw.) You will make a right onto Maple Drive at Good Company Donuts, (you’ll pass the theater on the right) and turn right at the end of that block, then 500 feet down the block, on the right is a “Retail & Residential Parking” garage with a P sign (you can see it in the picture below). Once inside the garage, turn right to find parking and take the retail elevator up to Floor 1 – which drops you about 10 steps from the front door of the theater!

Street parking enforcement is diligent in this area, so we recommend using the ABM Westerly garage on Wesley Place SW and coming up through the elevator, which lets you onto Maple Dr SW to the left of the theater’s entrance. You will need to pay to park in the garage.
To access the garage, you want to turn onto Wesley Place SW. Once on Wesley Place SW, you’ll see the library to your left and on your right, ahead of you, you will see the parking garage (you’ll see a P for Parking sign):
From this entrance, you want to access the garage and park. Before leaving your car, be sure to take your ticket with you as you’ll need it to access the garage to return to your vehicle. Take the retail elevator to the ground floor and exit out of the doors.
Once you go through these doors, we are located on your left between Apple Tree Schools and Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe – Southwest.
Traveling by Metro:
We are at the Waterfront Station metro stop on the GREEN line.
When you arrive at Waterfront, follow signs for the 4th Street SW exit and exit the metro at Safeway:
Walk past Safeway toward I Street SW. On your walk you will pass Good Vets and Enterprise Car Rental, on your right – this is how you know you are going the right way. Turn right at Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe – Southwest, the corner of 4th Street SW and Maple Drive SW.
Walk down the street. Entrance to the theater is right BEFORE Apple Tree School.
We are located at 340 Maple Drive SW.
From 4th Street SW, you can access our building by taking 4th Street SW toward I Street SW and making a right turn at Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe – Southwest onto Maple Drive SW. We are located on the right-hand side of the street next to Apple Tree School.
From K Street SW, you can access our space by making a left (or right – depending on the direction you are walking in) turn onto Maple Drive SW at the Southwest Library (which sits at the intersection of K Street SW and Maple Drive SW). We are located on your left-hand side between Apple Tree School and Good Company Doughnuts & Cafe – Southwest.
